4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, cancellation may not be possible.

6.Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only if the products are damaged upon delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
Unpacking videos are mandatory to raise any claim for damaged or missing products. Claims without video evidence may be rejected.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal hygiene products
Intimate wear
Clearance/final sale items
Custom/personalized items
Used or damaged products due to customer handling
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
